Dedicated Program Leadership
Every Launchpad Canada program is led by a dedicated Program Manager who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the program from start to finish. Working closely with participants, mentors, speakers, volunteers, and community partners, the Program Manager ensures that every activity is professionally organized, every participant receives meaningful support, and every program achieves measurable community impact. This leadership model allows Tiny Lanterns Community Foundation to deliver consistent, high-quality services while building lasting relationships within the communities we serve.

BRIGHT FUTURES
Bright Futures supports children with special needs and their families by connecting them with education, developmental opportunities, practical resources, and professional support designed around each child's individual needs.
Through parent education, child-development activities, professional connections, and family support, the program helps families better understand their child's needs, identify appropriate resources, and create opportunities for children to develop their abilities, confidence, and potential.
More than a single service, Bright Futures is a pathway of support for families navigating developmental, cognitive, sensory, and neurodivergent needs. By bringing families, qualified professionals, community organizations, and educational resources together, Tiny Lanterns Community Foundation helps create an environment in which children can grow while families feel informed, supported, and connected.
